I definitely feel lighter. I feel like I have more energy. Before I was just like lethargic, and I’d put it brain dead.

And then all week long, I was like “I gotta go to the chiropractor. I gotta go to the chiropractor. I gotta get an adjustment.”

And I never went. And it was killing me. All week long, up until Friday.

最后我也没去。好难受啊。整个礼拜，一直到礼拜五。

Saturday, I fell a little better. I was like, “okay, maybe it’s ok.”

周六我感觉好一点，我想，“可能没什么事。”

And today, I was like, it’s there, but it’s not as bad.

I thought, “it’s because I’m getting used to it.”

You know, and your muscle kind of relaxes and gets around it.

But then when he was starting to, I mean, it didn’t correlate until he was like “it’s killing me, I want a surgery.”

Well, the back pain, I’ve always had, since I was like 16 or 17 years old.

Cause I remember going to the chiropractor and getting adjustments and my spine would be out of alignment. And being just, just always in pain.

And getting adjustments and feeling better, and going to Anna, I would start to feel better.

And I finally get to a point with Anna where I felt like I am not getting better. I’m staying the same.

And Anna, that’s when she said, “Come to this meeting” and I was like, “ok. I’ll come.”

No no no. I lived in Oregon until I was like 30, in my 30s.

And so I get an adjustment and it would go fine. But I still would just have the pain in my low back. But yeah.

我矫正一下可以好一阵。但是我还是一直都有背痛。
