Aliens have been wanting to remove all radioactive materials, or nuclear matter, from Earth for decades now. I took on the task of propagating this body of knowledge more than eight years ago. The deadline for the unprecedented removal operation is rapidly approaching, and the aliens will soon carry out the following plan:


First, they will extend the power lines between nuclear power plants and regional grids. Then, special taskforce flying saucers will lift the entire nuclear power plants, along with their buildings and the foundations, onboard. Electricity will be supplied to the power grids directly from inside the flying saucers. 


Meanwhile, people will be busy putting up fossil fuel power plants after they find that the nuclear power plants are gone all of sudden. Once those substitute power plants are up and running, the flying saucers will stop supplying electricity to the grids and leave for their destination, providing buffer time to the people of Earth.


In the entire multiverse, at any given point in time, only one place can have a nuclear explosion. If two or more places have nuclear explosions simultaneously, due to resonance, the entire multiverse can be destroyed. 


Alien technologies are tens of thousands times more advanced than that of earthlings. Even so, before conducting a nuclear explosion (such as making a sun), they always notify all people in the cosmos in advance to ensure that only one place will have a nuclear explosion at a specific time. On the contrary, earthlings' nuclear technology is very poor, and we never give notice before a scheduled nuclear explosion. And that had caused all alien groups in the multiverse to halt all their nuclear projects. Eventually, the aliens decided to take away all nuclear matter from Earth.
